Sudanese Integration and Employment Program

Driven by a concern for a first job entry point for members of the community, Chaplains Without Borders has developed an integration and employment program for Sudanese refugees in conjunction with Crown Casino.

Part of the integration program focuses on teaching people about the structure of the Australian workplace, basic deportment, work skills, and general enculturation. An initiative of Father James Grant, this program has been very well received by the community and provides employment opportunities with Crown on an on-going basis.
